Keep refrigerated or frozen. Preparation Hints for Making Gourmet Pizzas: Lightly top wood grilled pizza crust with (1) cup of your favorite shredded cheeses. Add sauce on top of cheese as well as your favorite toppings. In Your Oven: Cook pizza on provided high temp paper in preheated 425 degree oven for 6-8 minutes or until pizza crust is crispy on bottom. Do not overcook! On the Grill: Preheat grill to 450 degrees or medium heat. When grill is fully preheated turn one side down to low and cook pizza on low heat side with the lid closed. Check the pizza every 2 minutes until crisp & cheese is melted (about 5-7 minutes depending on grill temp). Do not overcook!
